Enterprise Communications Group has built and maintains a Network Monitoring Center. It provides the opportunity for remote monitoring of decisions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The service includes the implementation of pre-agreed activities according to the respective event.

Monitoring provides an opportunity for early detection of events that would affect the normal operation of the solution. There are two types of monitoring:

  • Active: tools are used to recognize symptoms of problems that have not yet been manifested;
  • Passive: alarms are observed, which are generated by the components themselves.

Monitoring allows to integrate predefined activities into the work process that would help to quickly recover the solution.
