{"id":8402,"date":"2023-07-04T13:50:40","date_gmt":"2023-07-04T13:50:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/enterprise-grp.com\/?p=8402"},"modified":"2024-05-30T08:05:56","modified_gmt":"2024-05-30T08:05:56","slug":"project-manager-germany","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/enterprise-grp.com\/en\/project-manager-germany\/","title":{"rendered":"Project Manager | Germany"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We are a growing company in the field of telecommunications and are looking for a project manager FTTH (pure NE4 business, without civil engineering) in the Hessian area.\u00a0The position is to be filled 100% remotely.\u00a0Occasional on-site appointments are a matter of course.\u00a0Free creative freedom and a start-up mentality should give you pleasure.<\/p>\n<p>Report to: Technical Director and CEO<\/p>\n<p>Location: Flexible \/ office and field service<\/p>\n<p><strong>Main tasks and responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Planning and monitoring of all aspects of the FTTH project in the Deutsche Telekom network<\/li>\n<li>Creation and monitoring of project budget and resource allocation.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure work is performed in accordance with legal requirements and industry standards.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the progress of the project and adjust as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for communication between stakeholders, including reporting to senior executives and making presentations to clients or stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Management and coordination of the project team, including external contractors and consultants.<\/li>\n<li>Risk management to ensure potential issues are identified early and minimized.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring the project is completed on time and on budget.<\/li>\n<li>Conducting quality controls to ensure all work meets established standards.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining and developing relationships with suppliers and contractors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A bachelor&#8217;s degree in telecommunications, engineering or a related field or work experience in the mentioned field.<\/li>\n<li>At least 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in the telecommunications industry and specifically with FTTH projects.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent skills in managing budgets and resources.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and understandable way.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to guide and motivate teams.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational and time management skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8220;We look forward to your application and are excited to get to know you, to work together on challenging projects and to strengthen our team.&#8221;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are a growing company in the field of telecommunications and are looking for a project manager FTTH (pure NE4 business, without civil engineering) in the Hessian area.\u00a0The position is to be filled 100% remotely.\u00a0Occasional on-site appointments are a matter of course.\u00a0Free creative freedom and a start-up mentality should give you pleasure.
